1. INTRODUCTION

This Digital Products and Course License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of all digital products, online courses, downloadable resources, templates, frameworks, worksheets, planners, training materials, and related intellectual property provided by Cream Corporation (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any digital product or course provided by Cream Corporation, you (“User”, “Purchaser”, “Student”, or “Licensee”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the materials.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP

All rights, title, and interest in the following remain the exclusive property of Cream Corporation:

• The Cream Communication System™

• Course curriculum

• Course videos

• Lesson presentations

• Worksheets

• Templates

• Planners

• Checklists

• Frameworks

• Methodologies

• Processes

• Training materials

• Downloadable resources

• Workbooks

• Graphics

• Branding elements

• Written content

• Diagrams

• System models

• Future updates and revisions

Nothing contained in this Agreement transfers ownership of any intellectual property to the User.

All intellectual property rights remain vested in Cream Corp (Pty) Ltd.

3. LICENSE GRANT

Upon successful purchase, Cream Corporation grants the User a:

• Limited
• Non-Exclusive
• Non-Transferable
• Revocable License

to access and use the purchased materials for their own internal business, educational, or professional purposes. This license is granted solely to the individual or organisation that purchased the materials.

4. PERMITTED USE

Users may:

• Download purchased templates for their own business use.
• Complete worksheets and planners.
• Implement the Cream Communication System™ within their own business.
• Use purchased resources for internal operations.
• Customise templates for their own organisation.
• Train employees within their own organisation using purchased materials.

5. PROHIBITED USE

Unless expressly authorised in writing by Cream Corporation, Users may not:

Resell Materials

• Sell templates

• Sell worksheets

• Sell planners

• Sell frameworks

• Sell digital resources

whether modified or unmodified.

Share Access

• Share course login credentials

• Share downloads

• Share videos

• Share resource libraries

with individuals outside the purchasing organisation.

Redistribute Materials

• Upload materials to public websites

• Upload materials to file-sharing platforms

• Share materials through social media

• Distribute materials to third parties

Create Competing Products

Users may not:

• Copy the framework structure

• Repackage the methodology

• Rebrand the system

• Create competing training products derived substantially from the materials

for commercial sale.

Claim Ownership

Users may not claim ownership of:

• The Cream Communication System™

• Course content

• Templates

• Frameworks

• Methodologies

or any derivative works thereof.

6. ORGANISATIONAL LICENSES

Where a person purchases access on behalf of an organisation:

The license extends only to:

• Employees;

• Contractors;

• Team members

actively working within that organisation.

The organisation may not distribute materials to:

• Clients;

• Partner organisations;

• Unrelated third parties.

Additional licenses may be required depending on team size.

7. COURSE ACCESS

Course access is licensed, not sold.

Cream Corporation reserves the right to:

• Update course content;

• Improve course materials;

• Modify lessons;

• Replace resources;

• Improve delivery methods.

Course access may be suspended where:

• Unauthorised sharing occurs;

• Payment disputes arise;

• Intellectual property violations occur.

8. CERTIFICATION RESTRICTIONS

Unless specifically authorised through an official Cream Corporation certification programme, Users may not:

• Represent themselves as certified trainers;

• Certify others;

• Teach official Cream Communication System™ programmes commercially;

• Create accredited versions of the framework.

Any future certification rights remain exclusively reserved by Cream Corporation.

9. WHITE-LABEL RESTRICTIONS

Users may not:

• Remove Cream Corporation ownership references;

• Rebrand proprietary frameworks as their own methodology;

• Distribute white-labelled versions of templates;

• Sell modified versions of materials.

Custom licensing arrangements may be negotiated separately.

10. COPYRIGHT PROTECTION

All materials are protected by:

• South African copyright law;

• International copyright treaties;

• Intellectual property laws;

• Common law protections.

Unauthorised use may result in:

• License termination;

• Legal action;

• Financial claims for damages;

• Recovery of legal costs.

11. REPORTING INFRINGEMENT

If you become aware of unauthorised use of Cream Corporation materials, please notify us at:

12. LICENSE TERMINATION

This license automatically terminates if:

• Payment is reversed or refunded;

• Materials are shared without authorisation;

• Copyright infringement occurs;

• Terms of this Agreement are violated.

Upon termination, Users must:

• Cease use of all materials;

• Destroy unauthorised copies;

• Discontinue distribution activities.

Termination does not limit Cream Corporation’s legal remedies.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Cream Corporation provides digital products and educational materials “as is.”

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Business success;

• Revenue generation;

• Lead generation results;

• Customer acquisition;

• Marketing performance.

Implementation outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

14. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

16. LICENSE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any Cream Corporation digital product, course, template, framework, worksheet, planner, or resource, you acknowledge that:

• You have read this Agreement;
• You understand this Agreement;
• You agree to be bound by this Agreement;
• You understand that ownership of all intellectual property remains with Cream Corporation.
